Seriously. This is amazing.

Nothing like skipping all of this:

And going straight to summer.

We even have freaking local strawberries in season! Oh man. This is ridiculous.

We didn't buy snow tires this year, so we're snowed in now. I barely made it out of my neighborhood today, and it's going to snow more this weekend, and won't make it into the 30s for at least a week. So I'm basically getting ready to hunker down. Luckily we have plenty of frozen foods. :) As long as we have power we'll be good to go.

I had to shovel snow twice this weekend. I even broke a shovel, bought a newer crappier shovel, took it back for a refund and used the broken one instead to shovel the next time because it worked better.

I hope you neglect to bring sunscreen with you when you go outside and get a mild sunburn.

Neither is talking about your lovely tropical weather you enjoy because you live in area that is predominately nice. Maybe mild sunburn was harsh. I hope you get a very tiny papercut while working on the script for Love Like Fiber Optics that you only feel once in a great while, but it's annoying when you do and you have to verbally express your displeasure of it.

That's the loneliest temperature, you know.

How much is your heating bill? The A/C costs here are pretty rough.

We've been cooking for ourselves while holed up because of the ice.

I just got back from a SharePoint conference in Vegas, and it hit the 70s while I was there. I didn't get to enjoy much of it because I was indoors, but it was warmer than the teen temps here in MI.
